Medicover E-Doctor – Phone Consultation from the safety of your home
Appointments for E-Doctor can be booked either through our Call Center by calling 06 1 465 3100 or by filling in the form below.
In case you intend to send your previous medical documents before the phone consultation please fill in the form and attach your medical documents.
If your physician suggests an examination in person based on the information sent previously, our doctor will indicate it during the consultation. In this case please contact our Call Center for your further appointment.
If E-Doctor is required by using our form, you will be contacted by our Call Center.
Your E-Doctor consultation will be provided at the time pre-arranged by our Call Center.
Your are kindly asked to call our Call Center precisely at the booked time and indicate to our operator that you have an E-Doctor appointment.
Afterwards you will be connected to our specialist who provides medical consultation, assesses your medical documents – if previously sent to Medicover – and if it is needed prescribes medication.
In case a consultation in person is necessary our physician will inform you. In this case you can book your appointment via our Call Center.
Please be advised that we cannot provide medical report of your phone consultation.
During phone consultation we provide solely medical advice without performing actual physical examination. If examination in person is essential according to the decision of our physician on basis of the consultation, you will be informed and consultation in person will be suggested.
Medical advice on the phone cannot replace the consultation in person with the physician, medical examination or any other medical services, hence our Company will not take any responsibility for that.
Non-insured patients can also claim E-Doctor either via our Call Center by calling 06 1 465 3131 or by filling in our form.
The cost of E-Doctor is 21.500 HUF.
After having your appointment booked we send a proforma invoice per-email. The service cost can be arranged via bank transfer. E-Doctor consultation can only be used once cost of service is received by Medicover.
